How can we measure the DPX of our Brand?

Quality of the DPX of a product/set of products under a Brand can be measured :

A) Across 3 key aspects :


1) Visibility in consumers digital space [Discoverability, Promotion Visibility]


2) Engagement its content creates in the consumers mind [Content Quality, Adherence to price value perception]


3) Reaction of consumers to the Brand (Before buying, While buying & Post purchase) [Consumer Response, Visibility in Sales Leadership]

B) In 2 ways :


1) These need to be measured independently across each channel of sales. They may be aggregated/averaged as appropriate.


2) These need to be measured in comparison with similar competitive products across the same sales channel

C) Over a period :


1) The scores may be measured for the same products pre season (At Launch time) & post improvements (When live)
